Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Slim to Win mobile app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms are an agreement between you and Slim to Win. Please also read our Privacy Policy at https://slim-to-win.com/privacy and the Medical Waiver shown in the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Slim to Win. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter into this agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Use only one account
• Not share your account with others
• Tell us at support.team@slim-to-win.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission

4. Health and Safety

Slim to Win provides general fitness and nutrition content. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program, and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort. Your participation is also governed by the Medical Waiver you sign in the app.

5. Challenges

Challenges are free to join. There are no entry fees, cash prizes or in-app purchases in the current version of the Service. By joining a challenge you agree to:

• Follow the challenge rules shown in the app
• Submit only truthful workout records, measurements, photos and videos of yourself
• Accept that eliminations, community voting results and rankings are calculated by the Service and are final

Falsifying data or manipulating results may lead to disqualification and suspension of your account. We may change, pause or cancel a challenge at any time.

6. Community Content and Conduct

You may post content such as feed posts, replies, photos and videos. You agree not to post or do anything that:

• Is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or violent
• Bullies, intimidates or impersonates another person
• Shows another person without their consent
• Contains spam, advertising or misleading information
• Tries to manipulate challenge results, votes or rankings
• Uses bots or automated tools, reverse engineers the app, or disrupts the Service

You can report content or users from the "..." menu on any post or reply, and block users you do not want to see. We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with or without notice.

7. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You give Slim to Win a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and share that content within the Service in order to operate it, including showing progress photos anonymously during community voting. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies other users have already been shown within the Service.

8. Our Intellectual Property

The app, website, workouts, meal plans and other materials provided by Slim to Win are owned by Slim to Win and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slim to Win is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from exercise or nutrition choices you make while using the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account) or as described at https://slim-to-win.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms. After termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date and show the new terms in the app. The current version is always available at https://slim-to-win.com/terms.
