Delete your Slim to Win account

With or without the app.

In the app

Open the Slim to Win app and sign in.
Go to Settings > Account.
Tap Delete Account, choose a reason if you like, and confirm with your password.

You will receive an email confirming the request.

Without the app

Send an email to support.team@slim-to-win.com with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address of your account. We confirm the request by email and process it the same way as a request made in the app.

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period. Sign in during that time to cancel.
After 30 days, your email address, name, username and personal profile fields are removed and your device identifiers are cleared, so the remaining records are no longer linked to you.
To also remove your photos, videos, posts and other content, say so in your email (or email us after deleting in the app) and we will delete them.
Records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required.
